Quiet time begins at 10 PM, as required by county ordinance, and please be mindful of noise outdoors and in the jacuzzi during these hours to respect the peaceful rural environment. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without notifying us in advance. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval, and unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay. Please do not enter gated neighboring farmland. Farm equipment, stables, and the riding arena are for viewing and photos only, and no animal use or riding is permitted. Keep all gates closed to maintain the safety of the property and surrounding animals. No smoking is allowed inside the home, but outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Please shower before entering the jacuzzi and keep all glass away from the area, and the jacuzzi must be closed after use to keep it clean and functioning properly. Please clean up spills promptly and treat the home with care, and excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
