Located 14 miles from Downtown Rogers and 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina, this home offers easy access to Beaver Lake from the backyard. Enjoy the sweeping views of Beaver Lake from the screened-in patio with seating, a dining table, and a Smart TV, or from the large outdoor deck with a dining table and grill. The home is located at the end of a long dirt road, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
