It includes two living areas, a large deck with a dining table and grill, a fire pit by the water, and a fully stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property is dog-friendly, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Located 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 14 miles from Downtown Rogers, this home offers sweeping views of Beaver Lake and easy access to the water from the backyard. The home is located at the end of a long dirt road. A 4WD vehicle is recommended. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
