Indulge in local restaurants or catch a rocket launch nearby. The area offers a plethora of attractions to explore. Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times, be respectful of neighbors with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and refrain from any illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property. Sub-leasing is prohibited, and the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without written approval. The stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free and report any pest issues immediately, cooperating with pest control efforts if needed. Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or valuables. Items left behind after checkout will be held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. Guests are responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, and unauthorized fees. Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours and before checkout to be considered under any damage waiver. Smoking, vaping, unauthorized pets, parties/events, or unreported damage are not covered by any damage waiver. Includes a quiet workspace with a desk and comfortable chair with a nice view.
