The condo features a bright and airy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room, a game room, an indoor shared sauna, and a shared hot tub. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of two cars in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the key card from the room in order to access the parking garage. Step outside to experience the resort’s amenities, including sparkling pools, scenic views, and easy access to nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re looking to explore or simply relax, this condo offers a welcoming home base for your stay. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center is five blocks away, and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Ripley’s Aquarium are all local attractions. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit: on the second Wednesday for tower floors 2nd to 9th and on the third Wednesday for tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. There are six pools, one kiddie pool, and one lazy river (across the street), open from 10 am to 11 pm.
