The full kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee station, and mini fridge. The bathroom is fully updated with a tub and shower. A washer/dryer is included for your convenience. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Enjoy the front porch with 2 seats and a mini table. The living room includes a comfy couch and chair. This is a great neighborhood perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a comfy, stylish spot. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be charged for any violation. Please lock all doors when leaving the apartment, even for short outings. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months or 67–69°F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times. Please use the provided remotes for the TVs and electronics and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Please do not move or adjust furniture in the rooms. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the apartment clean. Includes Wi-Fi.
