Feel at home in this freshly renovated retreat located in the heart of South Hills/Old Brooklyn. This cozy and thoughtfully designed downstairs unit of the duplex offers a bright, clean, and comfortable space for both short-term and long-term stays. The apartment features 1-bedroom plus an office/second bedroom. Cook, sip, and relax in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee station, and mini fridge. Unwind in the cozy living room with a comfy couch and chair. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The bathroom is newly updated with a tub/shower combo and stylish finishes. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Start or end your day on the private front porch, complete with two seats and a small table, ideal for morning coffee or quiet conversations. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. For your safety and the security of the property, please lock all doors when leaving the home, even for short outings. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to a normal range: 70–75°F for A/C in warmer months or 67–69°F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times for your safety. Please use the provided remotes and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Please do not move, shift, or adjust furniture in the rooms. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the apartment clean. We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
