Entertainment options include a basement gaming zone with an Xbox Series S, multiple smart TVs throughout the home, family games, and cozy seating areas. Enjoy the deck, a hot tub under the awning, a firepit area with a propane fire feature, a unique retro-style outdoor bar, and an outdoor seating area. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Conveniently located near downtown Akron, restaurants, and local attractions, it’s the ultimate spot to unwind and make memories. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. If the hot tub is not kept clean, a $250 fine will be assessed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
