Private Full Kitchen: Enjoy your own dedicated kitchen, including an oven/stove and refrigerator (private to the 2/1 tenant). WATERFRONT PERK: Direct canal access to the Intracoastal Waterway, Port St. Lucie River, and the ocean. (Ocean/Intracoastal is approx. 45 mins boat ride; Stuart Bay is approx. 30 mins). Boat Lift Option: Available for use at an additional monthly cost. Private Entrance: Dedicated front door access. Spacious Layout: Includes a separate, dedicated living room. Private Backyard: Access to a large, full backyard (over 50 yards deep).
