This modern skyscraper is located in Downtown North York, offering a unique location with direct indoor access to 2 subway lines from the building. This comfortable apartment has everything you need to make you feel right at home, including excellent design and new furniture. The fully functional kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Free parking is available. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book in advance. Pets of middle and small size are allowed in the apartment, and you should carry your pet in common areas. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. The pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. Enjoy the prime shopping area and entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants in the area. A big supermarket is located in the building. Downtown attractions are a 15-20 minute subway ride away. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit of 500 CAD. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
