Immerse yourself in Toronto’s bustling energy and feel at home in this comfortable suite on the 14th floor, with a balcony to enjoy the view of downtown Toronto. This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries that you may have forgotten. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $10 per night. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $10 per night for 1 pet. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Please book them in advance. The condominium building is a 15-minute walk from CN Tower and under a 20-minute walk from Yonge&Dundas Square, making it the best area for business travelers as well as for sightseeing. Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away. Union subway and railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car. A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20-minutes away on foot. The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m away, and the area also has plenty of restaurants. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guest's name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. You have to be 18 or over in order to check-in.
