Smart TVs are in every bedroom and the living area, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Enjoy the resort-style heated pool and hot tub. One assigned parking space is available. Located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, this condo is steps away from white-sand beaches and clear turquoise waters. The Jolly Trolley stops right in front of Harborview Grande, offering easy transportation to local shops and nearby dining. Enjoy stunning water views from your private balcony, where you might spot dolphins playing in the bay. Pier 60, restaurants, and most local attractions are easily walkable from the unit. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
