The games room is packed with family favorites like foosball and billiards. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including two full-sized dishwashers and two full-sized fridge/freezer combinations. There's loads of countertop space for cooking, and plenty of dining space at the table (seats 12), and additional space for 4 more at the kitchen island bar. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, comfortable beds, fresh linens, and smart TV. Enjoy a show on the 50" smart TV, which is connected to the home's high-speed internet service. The comfy sofas offer lots of space to cuddle up. Guests get full access to the resort amenities, including a gated entrance, heated resort pool, children’s splash zone playground, outdoor hot tub, poolside loungers, covered outdoor lounge, and fitness center. The clubhouse gym is fully equipped and air conditioned. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A one-time refill for the BBQ propane tank is available for $55. A pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for one-time fees of $40 each. Free on-site parking is available for 5 vehicles. Veranda Palms is a family-friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, easily reached from highway 192, where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Old Town Kissimmee, Kissimmee Lakefront Park, Fun Spot America, Gatorland, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Shingle Creek Regional Park, Disney's Boardwalk, Disney Springs, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. Restaurants nearby include Mi Gente Restaurant and Pollito Chicken. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
