The attached unit connects through the laundry room, with its own private entrance and patio, and includes a living room with a comfortable couch, fireplace, and TV, a second fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a second washer/dryer set. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub under the stars or lounging on the multiple furnished decks. Two-car garage parking is available, plus space for two more vehicles in the driveway. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, trailheads, and resorts, this home is 3.9 miles from Woodward Park City, 11 miles from Canyons, 15 miles from Deer Valley Resort, 14 miles from Historic Main Street, and 7.2 miles from Kimball Junction. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property IS pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. The bonus room on the top floor is set up as an office with a desk, making it ideal for remote work.
