This home features three fireplaces, large decks, a garage, and a fire pit. The main living area includes a living room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy seating, and access to the wraparound deck with a fire pit and BBQ. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen has high-end appliances and a large dining space that opens to the deck. There are two full washer/dryer sets for guest convenience. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a spa-style en-suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and deck access. Bedrooms 2–4 (Lower Level) each have queen beds and access to a shared full bath with tub/shower. The second living room (Lower Level) is great for movie nights or game time, complete with an electric fireplace, couch, and desk. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and trailheads, this home is 3.9 miles from Woodward Park City, 11 miles from Canyons, 15 miles from Deer Valley Resort, 14 miles from Historic Main Street, and 7.2 miles from Kimball Junction. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. Tubing hills and the nearest ski lift at Woodward are just 3.9 miles away, and Canyons Resort is the closest full ski resort at 11 miles. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving of furniture is not allowed; a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
