Booking guests must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times. Only registered guests may be on the property, including the backyard; extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night. The garage is intended only for storage of luggage and things, and parking or driving a vehicle in the garage is prohibited, with a $500 penalty. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including vaping, with a $550 fine if evidence is found. If evidence of pets is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied. Shoes should not be worn throughout the home. If evidence of a party is found, a $550 fee will be assessed. Fireworks are prohibited. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. On Monday and Thursday, please have the garbage and recycling bins to the curb.
