There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property; once trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
