Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet, including plenty of clothes hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a double sink, and a heated marble floor. Nest products and detergents are included in the amenity package. Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi and Hulu + Live TV. On-site parking is available. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is in the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops, a seasonal farmers market, and more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away, where you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. This apartment is also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute, and Sanger Heart Center), and the Novant Hospital complex. Less than two miles from Uptown Charlotte (Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame).
