Feel at home in this stylish, spotless apartment in Brickell’s billion-dollar tower designed by Philippe Starck. This 1459 sqft/135m2 apartment offers floor-to-ceiling views. This apartment features a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed, as well as an equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. High-end toiletries are provided. Guests have access to a 300-ft resort-style pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, an eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, cold plunge, and on-site restaurants including Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. On-site valet services are available for $75/day (+$3 gratuity) with in-and-out privileges, and payment is required upfront for the entire stay. Hourly/Regular Valet is available for $50 (+$3 gratuity) with no in-and-out privileges. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. This apartment is located near Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and Everglades (40 min). Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. In the case of smoking or parties in the apartment, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
