This 2-story townhouse is an ideal base for both families and snowbirds looking to kick back in a laid-back setting. This home comes fully loaded with everything you need for a fabulous stay, including three HDTVs, a private patio, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, cutting board and knife set, cooking spoon, tongs, ladle and other utensils, pots and pans, paper towel, garbage bags, oil, salt, and pepper, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware, and a dishwasher with dishwashing tabs. Household amenities include hangers, cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, and laundry facilities that include a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent. Enjoy access to 4 swimming pools and a hot tub, all just steps away from the townhouse. Parking is available for 2 vehicles next to the property; parking passes must be purchased at the main office. Wristbands must be worn by everyone while on the premises, including all owners, renters, and guests 6 years of age and older; wristbands must be purchased from property management in the main office. The guest cost for each wristband is $20.00. The cost for each parking pass is $25.00 per vehicle (maximum two vehicles) not to exceed 10 days. An extended stay guest will pay $25.00 per 10-day period with a maximum of $50.00 per six (6) month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit number and the expiration date (debit or credit card only, cash not accepted). Pets are welcome for long-term guests. Explore Panama City Beach with ease using Bike the Beach PCB, conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from our home. Grab a bike rental and embark on an adventure to must-visit destinations such as Frank Brown Park, Scott Field Park, and Russel Fields Pier. Upon arrival at Horizon South all guests are required to register with Property Management and purchase a vehicle parking pass (maximum 2) for each vehicle and wristbands for all guests 6 years and older. These must be purchased from Property Management in the main office located inside the large building by the pools. Enter the office and someone will assist you at the registration window. The office is open daily from 8:00 AM CST to 4:00 PM CST. You may visit the office on your second day of stay. Check-in time begins at 4 pm and check-out time is set at 10 am.
