Feel at home in this recently renovated 2-bedroom vacation home with a relaxing beach vibe. This house offers the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The living room features a 65” smart TV, high-speed internet, a large sofa, and a queen-size pull-out bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all the newest appliances, cookware, dishes, plastic crockery for outdoor use, kids sets, utensils, a Keurig coffee machine, and a kettle. There is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the free heated pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grill, covered patio, outdoor shower, and beach essentials. A small pet is allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A pack n play and highchair are available for use in the house. Centrally located, this house is a 15-minute drive to Juno Beach and Ocean Reef Park beach, a 10-minute drive to the PGA National Golf resort, and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous other golf courses. It's also 5 minutes to the Garden’s Mall, 15 minutes to City Place and Palm Beach Outlets, and 15 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport. A selection of gourmet restaurants are all in Palm Beach Gardens, a 5-10 minute drive from the house. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am every day. Absolutely no parties or events. No smoking inside the house. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. A maximum of two cars are allowed to park in the driveway. All persons using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk. Children should not use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision.
