Relax on the comfortable, oversized sofas in the living room, which includes a 4K HDR 65" Smart Roku TV, a coffee table, reading lamps, and shelf space. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen has top-notch cooking utensils, a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, toaster, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking oil. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Pet stays are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night for stays of 1-5 nights, $150 per pet for stays of 6-14 nights, and $10 per pet per night for stays of 15+ nights. An EV charging outlet equipped for 220V is available (bring your own power adapter). This quiet, unassuming neighborhood is tucked away off the highway by 2 miles, providing easy access to I-35 without the noise. The neighborhood is relatively new and close to a school, an Acer facility, and the highway. It's 3.9 miles to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, 5 miles to McClain's Children's Hospital and 2 miles to McClain's Clinic West, 8.9 miles to UMHB, 2 miles to the new Meta site, 32 miles to Fort Cavazos main gate, and 27 miles to the north gate. You will need a car to comfortably get around. Exterior-only security cameras (garage + front door) are in place for your safety. No smoking is allowed, and a penalty of $500 plus the cost of cleaning will be incurred. No undisclosed pets are allowed; undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per pet per day penalty. No parties or events are allowed without approval; a $1000 party fine is imposed if not abided by. No third-party bookings are allowed without approval. Guests must sign and return a rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in, or before arrival for last-minute bookings. For stays longer than 1 month, you agree to a background check. You will be charged for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests. It is the guest's responsibility to wheel the bin out to the curve or on the street the night before the trash pick-up day (for guests staying the night before the trash pick-up day). It is the guest's responsibility to put the bin back in the front of the house or the garage after the trash is picked up (for guests staying on the trash pick-up day). In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by the partner, including any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
