This adorable villa is perfect for a relaxing vacation, sleeping up to 4 guests. It features a comfortable king bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary needs, and a dryer is provided in the unit. Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths can be provided for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. A roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and two dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide to not purchase linen service. Golf Colony Resort is ideally situated in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, offering a prime location between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business. You're just a short 1.5-mile drive from the beautiful Surfside Beach. Within a 2-mile radius, you'll find four grocery stores, and numerous restaurants catering to every palate. A visit to Surfside Drive and the area near the newly renovated Surfside Pier is highly recommended for dining and entertainment options. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay and the technician will need access to your unit. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. This is a non-smoking and no-pets community. Checkout is at 10 AM. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. Grills and smokers are provided for all residents and guests to utilize. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking just across from the main lot. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve.
