Enjoy peace and quiet in this Surfside Beach apartment, located in the family-friendly Golf Colony Resort, just 1.5 miles from Surfside Beaches. Feel at home in this gas-powered golf cart-friendly community with plenty of parking. This apartment features a large open living/dining area and comfy sleeping accommodations. The fully stocked kitchen will allow you to make those comfort food meals with the whole family. The main floor primary bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom steps away containing a tub/shower combo. The upstairs loft suite has two queen beds and a spacious en suite private bath offering a tub/shower combo as well. Both bedrooms have 40"+ smart TVs with premium cable and streaming available, and the living room has an additional 55" Roku smart TV. The Wi-Fi is excellent with 125+ MBPS speeds, and multiple devices can be running at the same time with no interruptions. Linen service for all beds in the home, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide not to purchase linen service. Follow the daily caravan of carts to the beach or local brunch spots! Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically on the first Monday of each month. A fully licensed and insured pest control technician will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. There will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, two laundry pods, and two dish pods included with the cleaning fee.
