If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Tampering with the pool and equipment could incur an additional fee up to $1,000 to cover any damages caused. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool; a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. The minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Failure to clean and turn off the propane barbecue grill after use will result in a fee. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling); to avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes; please do not tamper with them.
