Available: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. 19th floor, South Facing - 1100 sq ft – facing the Burrard Inlet. The location is on Nelson Street between Hornby and Howe. Walking and Biking Score for 808 Nelson is 100 out of 100. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with individual-controlled air conditioning in all rooms, included in the rental price along with heating. You are responsible for the electrical. There is no balcony, which keeps the noise out – there are fresh air intake filtered vents which the building maintenance changes every three months. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and an intricate tile back splash along with a large island, extra large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and quiet close cupboards and drawers. The bedrooms floor-to-ceiling windows and black out blinds. The en-suite of the master bathroom features a 2 x 6 shower enclosure with wall-to-wall countertops and 2 sinks. The second bedroom is 14’-4” long and 7’-3” wide so perfect for a child’s room or an office. The second bathroom has a full-size tub. In a separate closet off of the kitchen is the full size washer and dryer. There is also a double closet between the 2nd and 1st bedrooms. The suite comes with a storage locker, In-suite laundry and one random parking spot and a gym membership. Residents of Nelson Square enjoy 24-hour security, on-site maintenance and management staff, a small fitness center, and meeting rooms (pay per use).
