Close to buses and skytrain on both Burrard and Granville Streets; two minute walk to Robson Street shopping; 10 minute walk to Coal Harbour and the Seawall; two minute walk to Yaletown’s Hamilton and Mainland Streets for delicious restaurants; three minute walk to the False Creek Ferries to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Science World areas. Walking and Biking Score for 808 Nelson is 100 out of 100. There are floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the open concept space in natural light all year round. In the summer you will stay cool with individual-controlled air conditioning in all rooms, included in the rental price along with heating. You are responsible for the electrical. There is no balcony, which keeps the noise out – there are fresh air intake filtered vents which the building maintenance changes every three months. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and an intricate tile back splash along with a large island, extra large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and quiet close cupboards and drawers. In a separate closet off of the kitchen is the full size washer and dryer. There is also a double closet between the 2nd and 1st bedrooms. The suite comes with a storage locker, In-suite laundry and one random parking spot.
