A personalized access code will be provided for the duration of your stay, along with detailed instructions on how to enter the building, reach the condo, and use your designated parking space. No smoking is allowed inside the suite or on the balcony, with a $200 fine for each offense. No parties or loud noise after 10pm, with a $1000 fine for violations. No animals allowed, with a $400 cleaning fee if any are found. Late check-out may be available for a fee, and unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of $75 per 30 minutes.
