The ensuite bathroom provides a serene space to indulge in a relaxing soak in the stand-alone bathtub. The second bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a comfortable queen-size bed, offering both city and water views facing south. The cozy den has been thoughtfully converted into a mini-bedroom, complete with a comfortable twin bed. The living room is the ideal spot for the whole family to unwind after a day of adventures, with a full sectional sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from a complete set of pots and pans to a full knife block, cutting boards, baking pans, and mixing bowls. The parking spot is quite spacious and stands out from the typical downtown Vancouver underground parking. It comfortably fits larger vehicles, including trucks. Experience comfort, convenience, and stunning views in every corner of this thoughtfully designed condo, your perfect urban retreat. You’ll have full access to the entire 2-bedroom condo situated on the 18th floor. Additionally, enjoy the amenities on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness centre, all available for your use throughout your visit. A personalized access code will be provided for the duration of your stay, along with detailed instructions on how to enter the building, reach the condo, and use your designated parking space. No smoking is allowed inside the suite or on the balcony, with a $200 fine for each offense. No parties or loud noise after 10pm, with a $1000 fine for violations. No animals allowed, with a $400 cleaning fee if any are found. Late check-out may be available for a fee, and unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of $75 per 30 minutes. Please be mindful of water not splashing outside the tub in the ensuite bathroom to avoid damages.
