Enjoy the ocean views from the comfort of your private balconies. Free off-street parking is available for your convenience. You'll be close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. A short walk will take you to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, McDonald's, River City Restaurant, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, and The Pavilion Park. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
