Hey All, i accidentally listed the place as rented so if you are still looking for Nov 1st let me know. thanks! We live in a full house but the upstairs is separate suite from the downstairs unit except for the shared laundry room The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms which are thankfully on opposite sides of the house, a full deck, also a garden area with raised beds in the front and side of the house. I'm male, 40's who owns a local design and fabrication business, this means I’m competent for repairs in most things as our landlord isn't super fast {And sadly no, I’m not a multimillionaire and do not own the house). I work quite a bit (60hrs - 70hrs a week) but I also enjoy skateboarding (I have a mini ramp called the Orange_peel_ramp on Instagram if you are interested but it’s at my shop so no worries about noise), music, reading, politics that I keep to myself, I also used to be a film cook, so I love cooking and BBQ’s along with mellow hang-outs very occasionally BUT not a social butterfly as I work CONSTANTLY!!! Which means I’m not a party animal either, just an old skater who loves to eat (meat unfortunately BUT I politically appreciate vegans, even though I’m a weak person on that front, however I still strongly support others in the vegan or veggie lifestyle). Furnishing basics an option for travellers The house is right next to 16th Ave anyway and the traffic is regular during the day (my work schedule is the same), so just to reiterate, if you are looking for a quite place, this isn't for you and the room also has been recently painted white. The laundry room is shared and is for bicycles, basic supplies, recycling, with additional storage options under the stairs. Deck is attached to the upper house back door. The utilities for the entire house are around $100 - $200ish. NO PETS, sorry, seriously though. Also, if you can’t view the place in person, place wait until you are in in town before you book a viewing. Please feel free to ask me any questions as I’d prefer to have the right fit and save someone a trip here as we are all super busy, also, a good fit makes everyone’s life easier! If interested, you could send a message with: - your name (or names) - current employment info - number of person(s) - reason for moving and moving date - length of rental time thank you

Newly renovated ground level suite, no lease, it’s month to month. Kitchen has an air fryer & 2 burner (spare burners too) hot plate combo, microwave but not an oven as it’s a small kitchen. Grey epoxy floors (carpets in pics can be included potentially), shower & tube with refinished grout and silicone work in the bathroom with a low ceiling, not great for people over 6’ BUT nice and cool in summer, yet nice & warm in winters Super large living room and dining room area, so we divided it with a set of the aluminum walls, mounted with rolling wheel dividers, currently the door isn’t on but it can be re-installed NP!) It also has a large walk in closet in the room with the divider. *I’ve included an example picture with a rolling slide door for that room for reference. The second room is on the other side of the house by the stairs that go up to our separate 2nd story unit, joined by the only shared space in the house, the laundry room. Otherwise, the unit is completely separate, with a separate entrance. Heat/Hydro/water average out to about $200ish per month for entire house plus internet ($150 for 2 people with internet?). The laundry room is for bicycles, additional storage options under the stairs. Deck is attached to the upper floor but can be used w/adv notice and accessed from the suite through the back entrance. Suite is ONLY for 1-2 people MAX & No Pets (seriously on BOTH these points, we don’t own the place) Lastly, we need to MEET anyone planning to move in prior to them moving in, sorry if they are away as that won’t work, once again. If this sounds like Home to you, please contact me for the full version of this ad as zumper doesn’t give much room and I’d like to make sure you are aware of everything and then we can arrange a phone call to set up a viewing! As we’ve been covering the rent through the renos, in order that we didn’t have to live with the landlords “preferred” people, we’d like to rent it sooner than later if possible, preferably OCT 1st. Any info I can give so people can make an informed BUT QUICK decision, the sooner the better. If you have any questions or concern’s please don’t hesitate to ask! Thank you!
