Entertainment options include a home movie theater with seating for nine, a walk-out basement with a bar and brick fireplace, and a dedicated workout area. The indoor heated pool is maintained at 75°F, and there are two steam showers, one in the master bathroom and one on the lower level by the theater. The smoker is a Wi-Fi-enabled smoker. Guests may choose to heat the pool to 80°F for $50 per day, and this should be requested in advance. Located on a secluded wooded lot, this home offers a private deck and backyard. The main level features an open family room with soaring ceilings, a two-story decorative stone fireplace, and a large office with a spiral staircase leading to a charming observatory with panoramic views. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, all beautifully furnished for restful nights. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed, with a $500 flat fee.
