Shared community amenities include a heated south-facing pool with chaise lounges, tables, umbrellas, and a gas grill, as well as a Gulf-access dock on a canal behind the building available on a first-come, first-served basis. This condo also comes with 2 beach chairs. One assigned parking space is available per unit, plus two shared guest spaces on a first-come basis. Minutes away from 5th Avenue dining, shops, and beaches, this condo is in a prime location across Naples Bay from the City Dock and Crayton Cove. It is best to have a vehicle, as Naples is a large metro area, and this property is about a 45-minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
