This quiet, family-oriented neighborhood is home to elderly residents and young children, so noise is not allowed after 10 PM. Any gatherings or social events after this time may not be suitable for this property. The home has a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-cannabis policy inside or within 6 meters of the property, with a $200 fine per infraction and potential eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaints or violations are subject to a $1000 fine and/or eviction.
