Enjoy access to a community pool, shuffleboard, bocce, and a community grill and covered seating area located near the car ports. Assigned covered parking is available. This centrally located condo is less than half a mile to Naples Pier and the beach, and just minutes from top restaurants like Tommy Bahama, Campiello, Jane’s on Third, and Bleu Provence. Walk to the Saturday Farmers Market, Crayton Cove waterfront dining, and all the charm of downtown Olde Naples. This is a 55+ complex, so the main person renting must be 55 or over. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The community only allows 1 lease per year, 90 day minimum days per lease. Please allow 30 days for processing. Items required for approval include background of drivers license. This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
