This is a lease reassignment beginning Nov 1 - Dec 1, 2025 til October 1, 2026. Move in date is flexible and lease can be renewed for the following fall if desired. There is a bus to Fanshawe and a bus to Western 2 blocks away as well as many restaurants and amenities. Very convenient. We can show the unit anytime between 11am-9pm daily.
