The living room features a convertible sectional for additional sleeping and a 55" smart TV with a sound bar. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV pre-loaded with free streaming apps. The game room, located in the heated garage, has new epoxy floors and a countertop area with barstools. Games include basketball, foosball, darts, and ping pong. Kayaks are provided for guest use. A privacy fence surrounds the entire property. Located right down the street from Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park, this home is steps away from McCall Golf Club and offers quick access to the bike path. Two adult bikes and one child bike are included for guest use. Guests are required to digitally agree to and sign house rules and a rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received. Please be sure to replace the propane tank for the fire pit if needed; the charge will be covered upon notification. The master bedroom features a desk area for those working from home.
