The upgraded internet is perfect for remote work from the beach, with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit. Parking for 2 cars is available, with lots located on Withers Street, parallel to Ocean Blvd. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to amazing attractions including a 60-mile string of beaches, celebrity-designed golf courses, and the strip Myrtle Beach. Take a walk along the beachfront boardwalk full of arcades, souvenir stands, and restaurants, or visit the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels. It's also just blocks away from the Boardwalk and a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, or Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited, with a penalty of $200 for violations. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations.
