Welcome to your hillside escape in Pacific Beach! Feel at home in this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable San Diego sunsets. This home features a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a cozy fireplace, and a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen is fully stocked with an island and built-in appliances. Brand new furnishings are featured throughout. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and extra driveway parking. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Walk to Turquoise Street cafés and restaurants. Enjoy a quick drive to La Jolla, Bird Rock, Mission Bay, and Wind & Sea Beach, with easy access to all the best of San Diego. Enjoy large private patios and a balcony with panoramic ocean and bay views, complete with 2 fun hanging egg chairs. You must be at least 26 years old to book this property. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Parties are not allowed, and 3rd party bookings are subject to a $500 fee. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks is prohibited, and fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Please use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Children should be supervised on stairs and always use handrails. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the back house guests. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Includes a dedicated work desk and blazing-fast Wi-Fi for entertainment and remote productivity. This home does not have central a/c, but plenty of fans are provided, and the ocean breeze!.
