Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and guests must pick up after their pets. Any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Conveniently located near the RI/MA border, this home offers a peaceful rural feel with quick access to town amenities. You are also just 10-20 minutes away from attractions like Wilbor House, Sakonnet Lighthouse, and Gooseberry Island, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout is 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, with a penalty of $500 for violations and immediate removal without refund. Parties are not allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Any parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. Noise from neighbors' projects or renovations is possible during weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged for re-entry assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. A resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay. Guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for any items left behind.
