The expansive private deck is surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful setting for relaxation. A pet is allowed with a maximum weight of 35lbs and a pet fee of $300 per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and guests must pick up after their pets. Any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Conveniently located near the RI/MA border, this home offers a peaceful rural feel with quick access to town amenities. You are also just 10-20 minutes away from attractions like Wilbor House, Sakonnet Lighthouse, and Gooseberry Island, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout is 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up.
