The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, expansive windows also overlooking Balboa Park, a generous closet, and a serene, spa-like en suite bathroom. The third bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, plenty of natural light, a full closet, and its own private bathroom. Little Italy, a lively neighborhood known for patio cafes, dozens of renowned restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, and galleries, is less than a fifteen-minute walk away. You are also a short 5 to 10 minute car ride to downtown, Petco Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Bayfront Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Old Town. The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on your reservation, and all occupants, including children and infants, are counted. Extra guests will not be permitted to stay past 10:00 PM. A maximum of 3 additional daytime guests are allowed on the premises at any time, and all guests must leave by 10:00 PM. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original position before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
