Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and sweeteners at the coffee and tea bar. This apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Public transit and ride shares are also readily available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, there is a one-time $49 fee for 1 large pet or a one-time $95 fee for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. Located in a lively neighborhood, this apartment is just 15 minutes from Uptown and close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Nearby attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place Science, Carowinds Amusement Park, Billy Graham Library, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Spectrum Center, SouthPark Mall, Bank of America Stadium, Camp North End, NoDa (North Davidson Arts District), Plaza Midwood, and Freedom Park. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no unauthorized guests/visitors policy at the complex, and unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500+ and/or cancellation of your reservation. Includes a standing desk, perfect for remote work.
