Boat parking is available on the side of the driveway; please inform the office when booking. This home is within walking distance to Port Aransas Beach and a 6-minute drive to Port Aransas shops and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Port Aransas Beach (7-minute drive), Port Aransas Nature Preserve (6-minute drive), Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (8-minute drive), The University of Texas Marine Science Institute (10-minute drive), and Roberts Point Park (12-minute drive). Guests must be 25 years old to book this property. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Absolutely no smoking is allowed. Limited parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles; no street parking is allowed. Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction and community improvements, and cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Service interruptions will not qualify for discounts or reimbursements. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest listed on the reservation must complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
