The kitchen is fully functional with an electric cooktop, gas oven, fridge and freezer, and small appliances. Baby equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee of $35 per pet per night. You must reach out about your pet prior to making your reservation. Pets are subject to excess cleaning and damage fees if needed. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A lost key or lockout incurs a $50 fee. Please park only in the designated parking area. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in the house. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. If you check-out late without approval, a late check-out fee of $40 per hour may be charged.
