The kitchen is fully functional with an electric cooktop, gas oven, fridge and freezer, and small appliances. Baby equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee of $35 per pet per night. You must reach out about your pet prior to making your reservation. Pets are subject to excess cleaning and damage fees if needed. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Located in the coveted Railyard district, this casita offers a walkable and bikeable lifestyle with easy access to the Farmer's Market, eclectic shopping, diverse restaurants, theaters, and the nearby train station. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to walking trails, providing a seamless blend of urban and outdoor living. The Santa Fe Plaza is about 1.5 miles away, featuring historical and artistic locations, while Canyon Road and Museum Hill are also nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. A lost key or lockout incurs a $50 fee. Please park only in the designated parking area. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in the house. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. If you check-out late without approval, a late check-out fee of $40 per hour may be charged. Guests are required to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and not to rearrange furniture. In the event of damage, missing items, or non-working items, please inform immediately. Access to the property for repair and inspection is allowed in a reasonable manner except in emergencies. Personal belongings found after departure can be shipped at your cost.
