Beach gear includes 10 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart and beach towels. The area is easily accessible by public transportation, making it convenient to explore the surrounding towns and attractions. Local bus stops are conveniently located within a short walking distance, offering straightforward access to public transportation options. The Bay Head train station is a swift fifteen-minute drive away, providing connections to the regional rail system, which can transport you to a variety of destinations. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is roughly a ninety-minute drive, granting you access to both national and international flight options. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
