This spacious condo is designed for comfort, featuring dual downstairs master suites with private bathrooms, perfect for grandparents and parents. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the downstairs back bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to a dining area that seats five. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has two twin beds. Separate den areas upstairs and downstairs, each with its own TV, ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite shows without conflict. To enhance your stay, we offer optional lightweight, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available for rent through your Guest Portal at the time of booking. The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is a hidden gem in Surfside, located just half a mile from Downtown Surfside Beach. Nearby, the new Surfside Pier offers shops, restaurants, and public beaches with golf cart parking spots. Rent a gas-powered golf cart to explore the area, including trips to the beach, local eateries, ice cream shops, or the grocery store, all accessible by golf cart during daylight hours. This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed eight, including infants and children. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not allowed on balconies. Charcoal grills are available for guest use, and all garbage should be securely bagged and placed in the provided trashcans.
