Inside, the lower level transforms into a game room haven with a big-screen media center, ping-pong, foosball, darts, and shelves of classic board games. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and in-home laundry make your stay seamless. Ample parking is available. Only a few miles from Spearfish’s quaint downtown and historic commercial district, with restaurants, shops, galleries, and art centers, this home is ideally located. Outdoor lovers can easily access Spearfish Canyon and Roughlock Falls (15 mi to the southwest) for hiking, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives. Explore nearby Bridal Veil Falls, Spearfish Canyon, Custer State Park, and Needles Highway, or take a short drive to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Deadwood. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Tampering with noise monitors or cameras will result in a $500 fine. The house is not pet-friendly.
