The living room features a smart TV, while the games room is equipped with foosball and air hockey. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. Free parking is available on the driveway. Pets are welcome with an additional fee per pet, plus any necessary cleaning charges. Located in the heart of NW Calgary, this home provides easy access to various attractions. A short 30-minute drive will take you to Downtown Calgary and Foothills Hospital, while local restaurants and shops are just a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. For those looking to explore further, Banff is a 1.5-hour drive from the property. Guests are required to remove their shoes at the entrance and no overnight guests are allowed unless included in the booking. A clean home is appreciated, and excessive mess may incur a cleaning fee of $60 per extra hour required. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional $50 per hour, subject to availability. Smoking indoors or near windows is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed, with a penalty of $1000 for violations. Guests are responsible for their safety and any damages during their stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking an over-height vehicle results in a $1000 fine.
