Inside, you'll find a harmonious blend of comfort and style. The main living areas feature wood and tile floors in the kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the living room where a piano awaits, perfect for music enthusiasts. Need some fresh air? Step outside to the delightful outdoor dining area with a convenient gas grill, or relax in the cozy seating area surrounded by the vibrant colors of Santa Fe. The home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for up to 6 guests. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, fridge and freezer, and other necessities to create a perfect meal for dining in. Parking is a breeze with three spaces available in the private driveway, providing convenience and peace of mind during your stay. Baby equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee of $35 per pet per night. You must reach out about your pet prior to making your reservation. Speaking of exploration, you'll find yourself in the midst of Santa Fe's most beloved attractions. The iconic Railyard district is just a stone's throw away, offering an array of galleries, shops, and restaurants to discover. Venture a little further, and you'll reach the historic Plaza and the renowned Canyon Road, where art and culture abound. The Railyard District is a large arts district with galleries, performance spaces, a cinema, restaurants, and antique shops. The Santa Fe Plaza is also nearby, about 1 mile away, and features many historical and arty locations like the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis de Asissi, Palace of the Governors, and Loretto Chapel. Canyon Road is a short walk or drive as well, with many galleries and restaurants. The house has an evaporative cooler for keeping the house comfortable in the summer months, available from mid-May to mid-October. The TV is equipped with a Roku Player for streaming. While the home does not have stairs inside, you must go up a couple of steps on the exterior to get to the front door. The landscaper comes every other Wednesday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas. Quiet time in the neighborhood is between 10 PM and 6 AM. A lost key or lockout fee is $50. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house. Pets are subject to excess cleaning and damage fees if needed. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you check-out late without approval, a late check-out fee of $40 per hour may be charged.
