The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with a private bathroom, while the guest bedrooms offer a king-size bed, two double beds, and a twin bed with a trundle, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Premade beds and a luxury linen package, including sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels, are provided for your convenience. For a fee, guests can enjoy the private DeBordieu Club amenities, including golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. A temporary club membership is available for $200 a day, granting access to the community pools at the Beach Club and dining facilities. Additionally, guests can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks, with a $35 daily credit towards beach gear rentals for stays of 3 to 21 nights. Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. The community is conveniently situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities, including championship golf, tennis, shopping, and historic tours. This property adheres to a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 2, along with 1 golf cart, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Check-in during the summer is on Saturday. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained housekeeper employees using CDC-approved protocols and disinfectants.
