The living room provides a comfortable area to relax or catch up on work, and the property includes both a full and half bathroom for added convenience. Enjoy the private patio or balcony, both tranquil outdoor spaces ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, allows for easy meal preparation, while amenities like air conditioning and wireless internet ensure a seamless stay. You will have a reserved parking space in the parking area. If your vehicle is larger than a standard sized pickup truck, you should park on the street. If you will be using the air mattress for sleeping, extra linens will be provided for an additional linen/cleaning fee of $25. Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. Centrally located, this retreat places you in the heart of Santa Fe’s best dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. It's just a 12-minute walk to the vibrant Railyard District and a quick drive or relaxed 17-minute stroll to the historic Plaza area. Canyon Road is a short walk or drive away (1 mile). Museum Hill is off of Old Santa Fe Trail. The Santa Fe Ski Basin is about thirty minutes away. There are trails for every kind of hiker here; some a mere ten minutes up the hill from your casita (Atalaya Trail), and others further out of town. Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle is a free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown. Santa Fe has public transportation called Santa Fe Trails Bus Service. Uber & Lyft rides can easily be arranged in Santa Fe using their apps. Metered parking spots in downtown Santa Fe cost $2.00 an hour and are in operation from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Bicycle paths and trails for all levels of riders are located in and around the city. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed at any of our listings, and if evidence of a pet is found at the property you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.
