This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer for free and a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room, as well as complimentary coffee. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.3 miles away, Phoenix Theatre is 0.5 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.5 miles away. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
