Nearby attractions include Breckenridge Ski Resort, Historic Main Street, scenic hiking and biking trails, Breckenridge Nordic Center, Blue River and Maggie Pond, luxury spas and wellness centers, and the Jack Nicklaus–designed Breckenridge Golf Club. Private parking is provided, and guests may also use the free Summit Stage shuttle, local taxis, or rideshare for easy access to slopes, trails, and downtown Breckenridge. Verified service animals only are allowed due to severe allergies. No smoking, parties, or events are permitted, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a shoes-off policy indoors, and trash must remain secured due to active bears in the area. Fire, hot tub, and grill must be used responsibly, and the fire must be fully extinguished after each use to preserve the fire permit. Septic care requires only flushing septic-safe toilet paper, and no oils or grease should be poured down sinks. Appliances should be maintained by cleaning dryer lint after each use, and window shades have a remote near the fridge. TVs have labeled remotes. The hot tub cover should be opened carefully, the blower turned off after use, and the cover replaced when done. Towels are in the dining room cupboard. The outdoor kitchen and grill require preheating the gas grill to 350°F before scrubbing, with propane under the cabinet. The Big Green Egg should only use FOGO charcoal and starters. General courtesy includes returning furniture and decor to original positions and reporting damages immediately.
