Welcome to your Hilton Head retreat at Queens Grant Villas! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in a gated community, offers a comfortable stay with 1,143 sq. ft. of living space. Feel at home with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy a short walk to the beach and access to 5 swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, and scenic lagoons. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and dining space perfect for family meals. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, providing a perfect setting for gathering together. Additional amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, smart lock entry, and access to 3 flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Laundry facilities, a secure housekeeping closet, and a storage unit stocked with beach chairs and toys add convenience to your stay. The villa is pet-friendly for pets up to 35 lbs, with a $150 fee per pet. Parking passes for up to 2 cars are provided. Situated in a gated community, the villa is just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, with complimentary dune buggy transport available in season. Enjoy the community perks, including 5 swimming pools, scenic lagoons for kayaking, 3 golf courses, and tennis/pickleball courts. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Avoid throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
